Nicely done, Ken!
Ken Zurski, author of The Wreck of the Columbia and Peoria Stories, has a new website called Unremembered: A History of the Famously Interesting and Mostly Forgotten.
I’ve always been fascinated by these lesser-known personalities, the so-called other people, or obscure figures whose contributions to our past have been disregarded, neglected or simply put out of mind. These are the stories I want to tell.
A new site worth following. Check it out!
Ken is also well-regarded in Tazewell County. In addition to this above-the-fold feature article, Ken has been invited to speak at the Tazewell County Lincoln Day Dinner, Thursday 2 April at 6:30 pm. Ken is a compelling speaker, and he’s opening for keynote Lt. Governor Evelyn Sanguinetti.
